Aroma :The purity of the green is striking and on the nose, it stuns with aromas of freshly mown grass hints of the leaves of a tomato plant and citrus notes.

Taste: The vegetal, grassy notes reveal themselves on the palate in a crescendo of complex flavours of vivid olive and grass and subtle bitterness along with a measured level of pepper. Distinctive, original, characterful and with a long peppery finish.

This oil is produced by the Tzortzis family, who have been producing olive oil for 100 years in olive groves close to the Villages of Pigi and Komi on the Island of Lesvos, Greece.
